Hood by Air (http://www.hoodbyair.com)

Founded in 2006. Under the concept of “NO RULES” Hood by Air grew out of an initial line of graphic t-shirts with the word “HOOD.” It was founded by the New York designer Shayne Oliver. He takes inspiration from hip-hop, high fashion, the Internet, and the art world.

The truth is Hood by Air is storming the fashion establishment by its own terms. Olivier had already courter a solid fan base from fashionable celebrities like Kanye West or Rihanna.

SS14 collection was based in American military uniforms mixed with Space Odyssey and with a stroke of androgyny.

FW14 was base in the concept “Psychological warfare” Street wear influenced as always it had a beautiful leatherwork and denim was so detailed.  It’s not punk, it’s not street wear, and it’s both and everything between.

The best? The gender neutrality it could be wear perfectly for a boy or a girl without distinction. Check it here:

En Noir (http://ennoir.com)

En Noir, in French, means “In-Black”. Founded by his designers Rob Garcia and CurT@!n$ in New York; En Noir tries to merge Fashion and Street Wear. (Preferably in its namesake color).

To be honest, En Noir and Public School (Our next brand named) approach more to luxury Sportswear than Street Wear.

SS14 makes great use of textures and prints over luxury sport wear. (Of course based in a monochromatic palette.) It is reworked with neoprene and other synthetics fabrics.
